Rifle Mule Deer Hunts
Rifle Mule Deer Hunts are 5.5 days in duration.
- 2x1 Guided Hunt - $10,000 USD (per person)
- 1x1 Guided Hunt - $12,000 USD
- Tax - 5% tax will be added to hunt cost.
- License Fees - $460 USD
Mule Deer Bow Hunts
Mule Deer Bow Hunts are 5.5 or 7.5 days in duration.
- 2x1 Guided Hunt
- 5.5 day $8000 USD (per person)
- 7.5 day $9000 USD (per person)
- 1x1 Guided Hunt - 5.5 day - $10,000 USD
- Tax - 5% tax will be added to hunt cost.
- License Fees - $490 USD
Rifle Whitetail Hunts
Rifle Whitetail Deer Hunts are 5.5 days in duration.
- 2x1 Guided Hunt - $5000 USD (per person)
- 1x1 Guided Hunt - $7000 USD
- Tax - 5% tax will be added to hunt cost.
- License Fees - $545 USD
Spring Black Bear Hunts
Spring Black Bear Hunts are 7 days in duration.
- 2x1 Guided Hunt - $4500 USD (per person)
- 1x1 Guided Hunt - $6500 USD
- Tax - 5% tax will be added to hunt cost.
- License Fees - $375 USD
Bighorn Sheep Hunts
Bighorn Sheep Hunts include 12 days.
- 1x1 Guided Hunt
- Tax - 5% tax will be added to hunt cost.
- License Fees - $950 USD
Winter Coyote Hunts
Winter Coyote Hunts are a minimum of 3 days.
- 2x1 Guided Hunt - $500 USD/day (per person)
- 1x1 Guided Hunt - $750 USD/day
- Tax - 5% tax will be added to hunt cost.
- License Fees - $150 USD

Making a Payment
- We accept personal checks and wire transfers, sorry no credit card payments.
- Hunts are booked on the basis of price and availability at the time the deposit is received.
- A deposit of 25% of the hunt cost is required to book a hunt.
- A second deposit of 25% is required by January 15 (fall hunt) or December 1st (spring hunt).
- The final 50% is due July 1st (fall hunt) or March 1st (spring hunt) of the hunt year.

Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or leave the hunt early.
- Deposits may be transferred to a friend but not to a future year.
- If we cancel the hunt then your deposit will be refunded in full.
- If you need to postpone your hunt to a future year there will be a $500 fee to do this. This fee and any amount of discount needed for us to sell your original hunt will be added to your hunt balance.
- We highly recommend getting insurance on your hunt in the event you need to cancel your hunt at any time.
Trip Cancellation Insurance
To align with our cancellation policy we highly recommend that all our guests purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancelation, medical emergencies, field evacuation, emergency assistance and travel delays. Willow Creek Outfitters is a safe travel partner with Global Rescue. I would like to introduce Justin Walker with Global Rescue.
